SutraSocial (package com.sutrasocial.twa) lets you delete your account and everything stored with it, at any time and without giving a reason.
Go to Delete account, enter your password and type DELETE. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Email grievance@sutrasocial.com from the address or with the mobile number on the account, asking us to delete it. We acknowledge within 24 hours and complete deletion within 15 days, as required by the DPDP Act 2023.
All of it is removed from the live database at once. Encrypted backups are rotated on a fixed schedule and any copy in them ages out within 30 days; we do not restore deleted accounts from backups.
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove information. You can edit or clear most fields yourself at Your profile — including your photograph, your written descriptions, your family members' details and your contact information. Saving the form removes what you cleared.
For anything you cannot clear yourself, email grievance@sutrasocial.com naming the information you want removed. Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may ask us to correct or erase specific data while keeping your account open; we acknowledge within 24 hours and complete within 15 days.
Nothing that identifies you. We retain only anonymous counts (for example, how many profiles were matched in a month), which cannot be traced back to a person.
